Timberlin Parc is located off Southside Blvd near the Avenue's Mall. It is in a prime location, near shopping, schools, and J. Turner Butler. The community is very family oriented, offering a recreational center with a pool, pavilion, playground and basketball court. In 1997, the PARC Group donated a home site worth $40,000 to build a home to benefit the Safe Harbor Boys home. The home was built with the help of local builders and donated supplies and was then sold with all of the proceeds going to Safe Harbor.
