The PARC Group, master developer of the new coastal town of Nocatee, claimed an impressive five industry awards at the 2007 Laurel Awards including the Developer of the Year Award. This annual event provides tough competition amongst the most impressive talent competing in community development, landscaping design, architectural and interior design, sales, marketing and advertising. The event took place at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront on Friday, April 11th.“We are extremely proud that our efforts have been recognized as outstanding achievements” said Portland Stuart, marketing director for The PARC Group. “Our success is due in large part to our forward momentum in creating a superior new town. We have partnered with the most creative teams to provide unparalleled amenities for our residents and the surrounding area. Our marketing material successfully expresses the concept and design plans needed in order for future Nocatee residents to better understand the Nocatee lifestyle.”
The PARC Group collected multiple Laurel Awards in advertising, marketing, planning and design including the Laurel Award for Best Community DevelopmentBrochure, Best Marketing Video, Best Overall Ad Campaign, Best Landscaping for a Development and Developer of the Year.
The PARC Group participates in many events coordinated by the Northeast Florida Builders Association throughout the year. They are currently participating in the 2008 Parade of Homes™ as the event’s title sponsor.
