Nocatee Developer Takes Top HonorsThe PARC Group named “Developer of the Year”
(Ponte Vedra, FL - July 13, 2010) The PARC Group, master-developer of Nocatee, was named “Developer of the Year’ for the third consecutive year, claiming top honors at the Laurel Awards event on Friday, July 9th.
Hosted by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), the Laurel Awards recognizes outstanding achievement in building, design, sales and marketing in Northeast Florida’s development and homebuilding industry. Since 1994, the program has showcased the talents of the “Best of the Best.”
The PARC Group was honored for its visionary concept of Nocatee, the mixed-use community in Ponte Vedra that spans both St. Johns and Duval Counties. Since breaking ground in October of 2005, the Nocatee developers have built miles of new roads with extensive landscaping, opened six communities and the Nocatee Town Center, and created unparalleled amenities for its residents including the Splash Water Park. Nocatee is currently home to over 500 families.

In 2008, Nocatee was also recognized as the “Best Green Community of the Year” and “Best Master Planned Community of the Year” at the Florida Home Builders Association Excel Awards ceremony.
