Founded in 1997 by Roger M. O'Steen, The PARC Group, Inc., and it’s affiliated companies, The PARC Group Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching lives and supporting communities of Florida’s First Coast.
The mission of The PARC Group Foundation is to give back to Florida's First Coast through our many dedicated employees and our PARC Group affiliated companies. Our focus is to support local organizations that have an emphasis in one or more of the following categories: Faith-based Ministries, Education, The Arts, Business and Commerce, Fire and Police Efforts, and Community Service. One hundred percent of the money raised through the Foundation goes directly towards the recipients of the foundation.

Over the past four years, The PARC Group and Marsh Creek Country Club have helped Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns County triple its homebuilding activity. In 2006, they sponsored their 5th Habitat home. These sponsorships through the State's Community Contribution Tax Credit Program have amounted to over $200,000. Their employees have also donated their time to help build homes, including one for Erlinda Brownette, a Marsh Creek Country Club employee.
